"I am the successor trustee and a certified public accountant working on a sizable estate for one of my larger clients who passed away [a few years ago].  One of the major pieces of property was the home along with a large piece of property on Mercer Island.  During the process of getting the property ready for sale, I interviewed various agents for the job of listing and selling the property.  Kathy Beckes was the most energetic and prepared for the interview of all the different agents.

We signed up the property during the first week of May, 2011.  Within a short period of time, Kathy was showing the property to a lot of different agents and potential buyers.  She always kept me well informed about her progress and how excited she was regarding the property.  Her enthusiasm definitely translated into potential buyers because things started happening quickly.
